About This Project

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor on this 4,040 SF Market, 10,640 sf rec center, and housing. Wisteria is for their associates who work at the Nemacolin Resort located in Farmington, PA. The neighborhood contains housing, shopping, dining, and a rec center. This space is an exclusive area filled with amenities for the associates living in the resort housing.

The neighborhood includes a pub and dining location where the associates can eat the award-winning gourmet food while relaxing and taking a break. The rec center has a wellness facility, athletic equipment to work out and a private personal trainer. The rec center also includes group classes and is specifically only for Team Nemacolin. This project had a quick turn-around and Martik Brothers was the general contractor on this job overseeing site supervision, project needs, meeting schedule demands, staying on budget, and more.
