Nemacolin announces the opening of The Grand Lodge. Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor for the Grand Lodge, located at Nemacolin. The property’s 2,200 acres located in the Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania. WISTERIA’S GRAND OPENING

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor for the Wisteria complex at Nemacolin. Nemacolin’s Wisteria community provides housing, shopping, dining, and a rec center for their employees. This community will provide the associates with an opportunity to reach new opportunities both professionally and personally. The grand opening of Wisteria was an amazing success!

LL FLOORING PODCAST: MBI FEATURED

Greg Newman, Designer for Way Architecture + Design LLC, was a guest on the LL Flooring Podcast. The podcast discusses the 1781 club project that Martik Brothers was the General Contractor for. The project was a success because of the wonderful communication and collaboration from the design team and ownership.
Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor for the 1781 club, originally known as the Scenic Valley Golf Club. The property’s 130-acre, parkland-style golf course changed ownership in November 2021. The same month in which the Peters Township Planning Commission approved the request for a revised site plan that primarily addresses the clubhouse expansion. Martik Brothers renovated the project to include a new bar, speak easy, golf simulators, and restaurant area.

Martik Brothers won two Associated Builders and Contractor Awards for the 2022 year. MBI won the General Contractor of the year, MBI was the general contractor for Nemacolin’s The Peak project which won Chapter Excellence in Construction Merit Award and a Private Residence in the state of Pennsylvania won the Chapter Excellence in Construction Mini Merit Award. Martik Brothers is taking on more than the Southwestern area of PA. Hardy World LLC hired Martik Brothers as the General Contractor for the Deck project located in Morgantown WV. This project is featured in the Morgantown Magazine. Martik Brothers is licensed in 15+ states and growing everyday.
