About This Project

The Refinery is a 32 unit condominium project located in the heart of Pittsburgh, PA. Each condo is nearly 1,200 SF and has the perfect blend of sophistication and convenience. This condominium has a parking garage, lobby, gym space, roof top lounge, balcony, and parking. The project was a renovation project and was originally built in 1990. The Refinery features one bedroom and two bedroom units as well a three unique penthouse options that house the best views.

Martik Brothers was hired as the Owner’s Representative to oversee the project and it’s completion. MBI did not bid the job.
