About This Project

The Landings is a 40 unit condominium development located in Asheville NC. The facility is a combination of live, work, play, culture that combines a contemporary urban living amidst the natural North Carolina surroundings. The landings is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains with wonderful views and individual balcony’s throughout the building.

This 60,000 SF metal panel building with precast concrete is one for the books. Every part of the building was meticulously detailed while providing ample daylight with an open floor plan layout. Each unit comes with a full kitchen, bedroom, living room space, indoor parking garage with extra storage spaces available.
