About This Project

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor on this 117,800 SF storage facility located on East Carson Street in Pittsburgh, PA. The project consisted of site demo and all site work and utilities for a storage complex consisting of 3 separate buildings.  The three buildings were made up of one 4-story climate controlled building totaling 101,200 sq ft and two other 1-story pre-engineered buildings totaling 16,600 sq ft.   Site work included the demolition of existing structures, new utilities, site grading, paving, and landscaping around the site.

The main 4-story building was made up of a steel structure with masonry wall on the first floor, and galvalume exterior panels on the upper floors. The interior consisted of 4 stories of conditioned storage units and a rental office area.  The single story buildings consisted of a pre-engineered structure, masonry fronts, and corten panels on the remaining sides and rear walls.
