About This Project

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor for Phase 2 of Light of Life Rescue Mission’s Ridge Place project. The scope of work is a fit out of the 56,000 square foot, 3-story cold dark shell that is currently being restored (existing 2-story building) and constructed (new 3rd floor addition) during Phase 1. Phase 2 also includes places of asphalt in the parking lot. This interior fit out includes the entirety of the building’s mechanical (plumbing and HVAC) and electrical systems, and the cabs for two elevators.

The First Floor (19,860 SF) is approximately 40% office and conference space, with a mix of traditional offices, shared offices, and workstations in open space. The remaining floor is the donation center, kitchen and dining hall, a chapel, primary entrances and foyers, and general restrooms. The basement (7,260 SF) is the living corridors such as laundry, beds, showers, and decontamination room. The second floor (18,745 SF) and third floor (11,360 SF) are the men’s and women’s program centers.
