About This Project

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor for the renovation project of Dive Bar. The 1,200 SF renovation included a commercial kitchen, second-floor bar and lounge, restaurant seating, and lobby space. The project needed exterior renovations as well which made the project come to life on the busy street.
