About This Project

Cool Springs is a premiere multi-purpose sports facility, dedicated to developing and enhancing sports skills in an enjoyable atmosphere. Martik Brothers was selected as the General Contractor to oversee all site and building construction for the 58-acre development project. The site construction consisted of all new site development, site utilities, site improvements, and the addition of a traffic light. The 169,000 square foot Allegheny Health Network Sports Complex includes and indoor turf field, basketball courts, fitness center, medical offices, sports training facilities, locker rooms, and a full service banquet facility with a commercial kitchen. The Fairway Grille and driving range facility included renovations of the existing building, a 4,000 square foot full service restaurant, and a 2-tier driving range.
