About This Project

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor for this five acre site development and two story ground up personal and memory care facility. This 81,000 SF project included 80+ personal and memory care rooms as well as a commercial kitchen, chapel, and various common areas. The sprawling site included ponds, water features, and common courtyards for patients and guests.
