About This Project

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor overseeing all site work and building construction. Castle Ridge consists of five buildings totaling 142,420 SF and a commons building with a swimming pool. The five buildings have a total of 112 units: 32 1-bedroom, 56 2-bedroom, and 24 3-bedroom. Every unit has an exterior balcony and a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Three of the buildings are slab on grade, while the other two have full foundations which are used for storage units for the tenants.
