About This Project

The 607 rehabilitation project consisted of demolishing the interior of a four-story office building to the exterior walls, the relocation of the existing elevator shaft, the addition of a parking garage, and replacing the front of the building with a curtain wall in preparation for the tenant spaces to be leased. Throughout the project, we were able to adjust the base building construction to continually changing leasing demands to maximize the buildings profitability, as well as creating a destination office location in the heart of Mt. Lebanon.
