Falling Rock Hotel

Falling Rock is a boutique Hotel that was constructed over the course of 9 months from 2003 to 2004. Originally designed to house the golfers of the PGA Tour for the 84 Lumber Classic the hotel was built as a tribute to the organic architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright, the AAA Five Diamond Falling Rock was designed with materials that emphasize natural elements. Martik Brothers, Inc. was contracted as the General Contractor to oversee all civil and building construction. The 4 story project included 42 luxury suite guest rooms, restaurants, golf pro shop and locker rooms, conference rooms, underground storage, expansive deck area with accompanying private cabanas, bar, and vanishing edge pool.
