About This Project

Martik Brothers acted as the General Contractor overseeing all building and site construction. The project consisted of a 5-star dining restaurant and bar, forty luxury suites with balconies, a 3-story superstructure and 1-story substructure, luxury golf course pro shop, vanishing. edge pool, and a poolside bar with cabanas. The interior finishes were custom high end finishes including tray ceilings, columns, stone, tile, and wall coverings.
